SEO SERVICES AGREEMENT (GROWTH PLAN)

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
   Rise Digital Strategies agrees to provide the following SEO GROWTH services:

   1. First Month Setup

      1. Keyword Research

      2. Google Analytics Setup / Access

      3. GeoGrid + SEO Reporting

      4. Keyword Tracking (Up to 100)

      5. Onsite Optimizations (up to 10 pages)

      6. Directory Submissions

      7. GBP Optimization

      8. GBP Post Creation

      9. GBP Review Response (up to 15)

      10. 404 Error Repair

      11. 10 Onsite Optimizations

   2. Monthly Deliverables

      1. GBP Posts

      2. GBP Review Response (up to 15)

      3. 10 Foundation Backlink (DR 1-19) over 12 months

      4. 1 Authority Backlink (DR 20-39)

      5. 1 Backlink Tier 2 (Partner Network)

      6. 2 Blogs (1000 Words) optimized for AIO

      7. 10 Onsite Optimizations optimized for AIO

      8. 1 Authority Guide optimized for AIO

      9. Competitor Monitoring

      10. Slack support

2. TERM AND TERMINATION

   1. Minimum term: 3 months from start of contract. For proper SEO results, 12 months is recommended.

   2. After 3 months, this Agreement continues month-to-month until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.

   3. Early termination before the 3-month term requires payment of all remaining monthly fees.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

   1. Monthly Fee: $1,500 per month, auto-billed on the same date each month.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
   Client agrees to:

   1. Provide website, hosting, and Google Business access as needed

   2. Respond promptly to communication and review deliverables

   3. Avoid making independent changes to SEO campaigns without notice

5. OWNERSHIP AND CONFIDENTIALITY

   1. Data (e.g., leads, ranking reports) belongs to the Client once the contract is paid in full.

   2. Rise Digital Strategies agrees to confidentiality regarding all client materials.

6. EXCLUSIVITY

   1. Client agrees not to engage another agency for SEO services while under contract with Rise Digital Strategies.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

   1. Rise Digital Strategies does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or results. SEO is a long-term strategy influenced by search engine algorithms, competition, and other market factors.

8. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

   1. Account Manager Availability: M–F, 9am–5pm EST via Slack.

   2. Response Time: Within 24 business hours

   3. Onboarding: Within 5-7 business days of payment

   4. Reporting: Monthly performance reports will be provided upon request

9. THIRD PARTY POLICIES

   1. Client understands that search platforms (Google, Bing, etc.) may change policies or algorithms at any time. Rise Digital Strategies follows only approved ("white hat") methods and is not liable for adverse actions taken by third-party platforms.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

    1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

    2. No refunds shall be given for services already rendered.

    3. By signing this agreement, Client authorizes monthly charges to their card on file and agrees not to dispute valid charges.

BY ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS STATED HEREIN INCLUSIVE OF ALL ITEMS ON THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT.
