SEO SERVICES AGREEMENT (GROWTH PLAN)

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
   Rise Digital Strategies agrees to provide the following SEO GROWTH services:

   1. Comprehensive website audit & on-site SEO implementation

   2. Google Business Profile optimization

   3. Citation building & cleanup

   4. Local link building (monthly)

   5. Performance reporting

   6. Keyword tracking (up to 5 keywords)

   7. - 2 blog posts per month

   8. 1–2 new service or geo pages per month

   9. Monthly competitor tracking

   10. Up to 20 keywords tracked

   11. Monthly strategy Zoom or Loom review

   12. Local area exclusivity (only 1 per city per service)

   13. Priority Email & Slack support

2. TERM AND TERMINATION

   1. Minimum term: 3 months from start of contract.

   2. After 3 months, this Agreement continues month-to-month until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.

   3. Early termination before the 3-month term requires payment of all remaining monthly fees.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

   1. Monthly Fee: $1,500 per month, auto-billed on the same date each month.

   2. Late Payment: A 5% late fee applies if payment is not received within 5 days. Ads may be paused after 24 hours and deleted after 48 hours of non-payment. A $500 reactivation fee applies.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
   Client agrees to:

   1. Provide website, hosting, and Google Business access as needed

   2. Respond promptly to communication and review deliverables

   3. Avoid making independent changes to SEO campaigns without notice

5. OWNERSHIP AND CONFIDENTIALITY

   1. Data (e.g., leads, ranking reports) belongs to the Client once the contract is paid in full.

   2. Rise Digital Strategies agrees to confidentiality regarding all client materials.

6. EXCLUSIVITY

   1. Client agrees not to engage another agency for SEO services while under contract with Rise Digital Strategies.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

   1. Rise Digital Strategies does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or results. SEO is a long-term strategy influenced by search engine algorithms, competition, and other market factors.

8. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

   1. Account Manager Availability: M–F, 9am–5pm EST via email and Slack.

   2. Response Time: Within 24 business hours

   3. Onboarding: Within 3 business days of payment

   4. Reporting: Monthly performance reports will be provided

9. THIRD PARTY POLICIES

   1. Client understands that search platforms (Google, Bing, etc.) may change policies or algorithms at any time. Rise Digital Strategies follows only approved ("white hat") methods and is not liable for adverse actions taken by third-party platforms.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

    1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

    2. No refunds shall be given for services already rendered.

    3. By signing this agreement, Client authorizes monthly charges to their card on file and agrees not to dispute valid charges.

BY ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS STATED HEREIN INCLUSIVE OF ALL ITEMS ON THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT.
